The City of Prescott and their contractor, Fann Contracting, are set to begin the Pulliam Drive and Douglas Lane Roadway Reconstruction Project. The project consists of the reconstruction and realignment of Pulliam Drive and Douglas Lane, from Willow Creek Road to the intersections of Demerse Avenue, Nolte Drive and Kelmo Drive, as shown in the map above. Roadway reconstruction efforts include the removal and replacement of the existing asphalt pavement, storm drain upgrades and new concrete curb, gutter and driveway entrances along the project corridor.
This project is scheduled to be finished in early 2024. Once complete, this project will enhance storm drainage capabilities and improve the road quality for local motorists.
Starting Tuesday, crews will begin mobilizing equipment into the project corridor, setting up traffic control measures and performing survey operations throughout the week.
Please be aware of the following impacts:
Tuesday, September 5 through Friday, September 8, 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Please be aware of lane closures and restrictions, rough road conditions, reduced speeds, loud noise and flagging operations throughout the work zones. The contractor will work to ensure access to properties throughout the duration of the project, however, access may be closed for short durations. The contractor will work with property owners and tenants on an individual basis to coordinate this work.
