The local chapter of Yavapai County’s Conservatives for a Constitutional Republic (ConCR) has announced that their next meeting, this Saturday,  August 30th,  at 11:15AM, will host Arizona Secretary of State candidate, Rep. Alex Kolodin. Mr. Kolodin is an Arizona attorney and founder of the Kolodin Law Group, which specializes in election law. Following the 2020 Presidential election,  Mr. Kolodin gained widespread recognition for his work on election integrity, including serving as lead counsel in Arizona Public Integrity Alliance v Fontes, and defending the Cyber Ninjas audit team.  ConCR’s meeting is free and open to the public but seating is limited. Those wishing to attend are asked to RSVP at concr2028@gmail.com.

Rep. Kolodin is a native born Arizonan. He graduated from Chandler High School before attending Georgetown University and the University of Pennsylvania Law School where he was a Dean’s Fellow and member of the Federalist Society. In 2022 Mr. Kolodin was elected to the Arizona Legislature representing LD3 which encompasses portions of the Scottsdale and Paradise Valley areas of Maricopa County. In the state legislature he is a founding member of the Freedom Caucus.  He has distinguished himself as a champion of  conservative legislation.  Among the bills he has sponsored is the Electoral Count Reform Act which strengthens voter verification and promotes increased election transparency. Rep. Kolodin’s committee assignments include Judiciary, Rules  and Natural Resources.

Since the 2020 Presidential election, as an attorney, Rep. Kolodin has been involved in high profile litigation defending the integrity of Arizona elections. He is now a declared candidate for Arizona Secretary of State, an office currently held by Democrat Adrian Fontes. Rep. Kolodin is expected to discuss the policy reset he expects to make if elected Secretary of State and  the steps he will take to promote greater transparency and reliability in Arizona elections.

The Yavapai County chapter of Conservatives For a Constitutional Republic is a group of conservative activists dedicated to defending and promoting the values of representative government as set forth in the United States Constitution. They are a private organization and not directly affiliated with a political party. However, most members are registered Republicans or conservative leaning Independents who are civically engaged or are current or former elected officials or candidates for office. During the upcoming election year, President Dutton has scheduled candidates for all top level state and county offices to address the group.

Recent speakers include Congressman Eli Crane, County Supervisor Chris Kuknyo, County Sheriff David Rhodes, Arizona Senate President Warren Petersen, and many other prominent conservative figures and candidates for office.

ConCR is a membership organization. However, in the interest of informing voters about important issues and candidates, the appearances of guest speakers of high public interest are open to the public.  All those wishing to meet State Representative and candidate for Secretary of State, Rep. Alex Kolodin, are cordially invited to attend. Time permitting, Rep. Kolodin will stand for questions.

Doors open at 10:30AM. The meeting will begin promptly at 11:15AM. RSVP’s are requested and should be directed to concr2018@gmail.com.
