Conservatives For A Constitutional Republic to Host District 2 Supervisor Chris Kuknyo

The local chapter of Yavapai County’s Conservatives for a Constitutional Republic (ConCR) has announced that Yavapai County Supervisor for District 4, Chris Kuknyo will speak at their next meeting, Saturday, April 26th, in Chino Valley. District 4 encompasses a broad section of Williamson Valley and the northern reaches of Yavapai County including Chino Valley, Paulden and Ashfork.

The County Board of Supervisors has recently approved the appointment of a new County Supervisor for District 2, Denise Jenkins, former Mayor of Camp Verde, which will broadly impact the county as a whole.  Also on the agenda for discussion are water management, transportation and economic development. The meeting is free and open to the public but seating is limited. Those wishing to attend are asked to RSVP  at oncr2018@gmail.com

Supervisor Kuknyo was elected to the County Board of Supervisors for District 4 in 2024. He previously served on the Prescott City Council and the Yavapai College District Board. He is a graduate of Prescott High School and a long time resident of the Prescott area. Before entering public life he was a small businessman who became one of the founders and managers of Patriot Disposal. In recent years he has worked in the real estate industry and involved himself in community service, including the Yavapai Men’s  Republican Club and tenure as President of the Citizens Tax Committee. Mr. Kuknyo is a well known local personality who is frequently called upon to MC or moderate community events. For many years he hosted a weekly radio program on  KYCA.

The Yavapai County Chapter of Conservatives for a Constitutional Republic is a group of conservative activists dedicated to defending and promoting the values of representative government as set forth in the United States Constitution. They are a private organization and not directly affiliated with a political party. However, most members are registered Republicans or conservative leaning Independents who are civically engaged or are current or former elected officials or candidates for office.

ConCR meets monthly at the Bible Baptist Church, 3490 N. State Road 89, in Chino Valley. Recent speakers include CD2 Cong. Eli Crane, CD5  Cong. Abe Hamadah, LD1 State Representatives Selina Bliss and Quang Nguyen,  Sheriff David Rhodes and many other prominent conservative figures and candidates for office.

ConCR is a membership organization. However, in the interest of informing voters about important issues and candidates, the appearances of guest speakers of high public interest are open to the public.  All those wishing to meet Supervisor Kuknyo and learn about current  issues facing the county are cordially invited to attend. Time permitting, Mr. Kuknyo will stand for questions from the audience.

Doors open at 11:00AM. The meeting will begin promptly at 11:15AM. RSVP’s are requested and should be addressed to concr2018@gmail.com.
