Since the persecution of President Trump was started by “progressive” and Democrat prosecutors, the leftist politicians and their media mouthpieces have been spouting, ad nauseam, the shopworn phrase, “No one is above the law.” A more truthful paraphrase would be “No conservative is above the law we invent or interpret. Every Democrat and progressive is above the law.”
A few examples: Obama’s Attorney General Eric Holder was found to be in contempt of Congress in June of 2012 when he refused to turn over documents regarding the “Fast and Furious” scandal that put guns into the hands of the Mexican Cartels. The bipartisan House vote to find Holder in criminal contempt included 17 Democrats. Since Eric Holder was in charge of the Justice Department, there was little chance he would file criminal charges against himself.
Bill and Hillary Clinton have a long trail of possible crimes for which they have never been criminally charged. The 1992 Whitewater real estate scandal found Bill and Hillary’s partners, Jim and Susan McDougal, guilty of real estate fraud. No criminal charges were ever filed against the Clintons.
In late 1998, the House impeached Bill Clinton for “perjury” to the grand jury and obstruction of justice. He was acquitted in February of 1999 by the Senate. In April 2001, Bill Clinton’s law license for practicing law in Arkansas was suspended for five years. Later that year, Bill Clinton was disbarred from practicing law before the United States Supreme Court. No criminal charges were ever filed.
The most egregious crime committed by Hillary Clinton, was her use of her private email server to conduct government business involving Top Secret information. The FBI conducted an investigation and Director James Comey held a press conference where he laid out all of the evidence that would have indicted Hillary and then made the unbelievable statement, “Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case.”
Since the Clinton Foundation was created in 1997, it has been involved in and numerous questionable, if not outright illegal issues involving quid pro quo dealings conflicts of interest. Congress asked the FBI to investigate the Clinton Foundation’s apparent ethical and legal issues, but who could expect any honest investigation since the FBI has shown itself to be so compromised while searching for terrorists at school board meetings and at Catholic Latin Masses.
While Hunter Biden is currently on trial regarding Federal criminal charges for buying a gun while addicted to drugs and falsifying the paperwork involved, President Joe Biden’s Justice Department purposefully “slow walked” other criminal charges until the statute of limitations negated any possibility to file those criminal charges. Hunter is also charged with criminal tax evasion charges later this year. We’ll have to wait and see if Hunter is “above the law”. One wonders what the Las Vegas odds are that he will do any jail time like Trump supporters Roger Stone, Steve Bannon. Peter Navarro, Paul Manafort, George Papadopoulos and others. It sure looks like there are two tiers of Justice in Joe Biden’s America and most Democrats are above the law.

Yes Buz; there is really a Communist type coup controlling key agencies in the Biden-Obama regime. Most people in America with an I.Q of 3 digits “feel” there is something wrong with all these Attorney General Garland people and their decisions. Also the AG of Delaware regarding Biden family.
Most of these highly questionable rulings by FBI,CIA and Democrat administrations have been supported by the administrative state which keeps running Washington regardless which party is president. It was BAD before Obama but became a coup with him and now with the incapacitated Joe Biden.
Buz, you hit the nail straight on the head. Thank you for exposing how the democrats have destroyed our country and are continuing to destroy it. We must all open our eyes to what is happening and do something, anything to stop and expose the democrats. We may only have our voices heard with a tiny check mark on a piece of paper every four years but there is much more we can do. Fly your flag, stand on a street corner with signs, write you senator and congressmen, talk to people, write more great articles like your Democrat Justice, we all have to keep on fighting this awful coup. The puppet man (Biden) is to mentally gone to see that he is no more than the mouth piece for Harris, Pelosi, Schumer and the rest of the Klan. Come on America, it’s time we take back our justice system by voting for Donald Trump in November because he is our last chance at freedom.
Buz, great article and right to the point. America, we are at a major turning point in history, we either vote for socialism or for freedom. Before you vote this November just ask yourself these two questions. What positive things did Obama to for our country? Name one thing that Biden has done for our country? Both Democrats, both brought nothing but destruction to our democracy, our rights, our freedom. If America doesn’t wake up and see the handwriting on the wall we as a country are doomed. Everyone must do their part in this fight by voting for Donald J Trump, by showing their support for the Republican party in any way they can, big or small. Get involved people before it is too late!
