“All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.” – Arthur Schopenhauer
Words don’t kill, but they can provoke. An exchange of words is a discussion. A peaceful discussion is an exchange of ideas. An exchange of ideas can often be a debate. Those who lose debates may reassess their views or try to enhance their arguments with better information to influence their opponents and those listening to their discussion.
When radical ideologues can’t provide persuadable arguments, they lose the debates. When they lose debates they always resort to what has worked for them in the past. They lie about their opponents. They ridicule their adversaries. If that doesn’t work, the extremists and brainwashed in their group, goaded by the rhetoric of their leaders, will resort to violence. It’s a tactic used by communists, fascists and Islamists. It’s also a tactic utilized by liberal Democrat politicians today.
Congressman Steve Scalise was shot and almost killed by a deranged Democrat who, no doubt, was prodded to action because he thought Republicans were Nazis or fascists. Senator Rand Paul was severely beaten by a crazy neighbor who possibly disagreed with the Senator’s conservative views. Candidate Donald Trump was almost assassinated twice last year by unhinged Democrats.
While words don’t kill they can serve to urge emotionally unstable individuals to commit violence. Such persons will imagine they will be heroes if they stop those they have been led to believe are fascists, Nazis, transphobes or pose “an existential threat” to Democracy.
That was surely the motivation of the coward who murdered Charlie Kirk. In the political bubble he lived in, Kirk’s assassin is considered a hero. Proof of that is in the tweets these heartless humanoids are putting out. All one has to do is to watch some of the talking heads implying that Charlie brought this on himself. Their lies about Charlie being full of hate and hate speech, that he was a racist, a homophobe and anti-women, undoubtedly spurred his assassin to do the unthinkable.
The assassination of Charlie Kirk so tragically ended his life, but it didn’t kill Truth. Charlie instinctively knew that Truth is universal, timeless, and unchanging. He knew that there was no “my truth” or “your truth”, there was only the Truth. To influence others, there must be discussion and debate.
Charlie Kirk went onto college campuses that are indoctrination centers for every anti-American, anti-capitalism, anti-political diversity idea in our country. He challenged those with opposite views than his and countered their arguments with facts, logic and reason. He did so calmly and without hostility. Charlie never backed down or made excuses for his deeply held Christian beliefs. The students and others who heard him on campuses or his Turning Point gatherings soon realized that the “conventional wisdom” they had been taught, was always conventional but seldom wise.
Charlie Kirk created Turning Point USA. What that vastly growing organization and Charlie have done is turned this country back to Truth. Although his enemies were able to assassinate Charlie Kirk, they cannot and never will be able to kill Truth, for which Charlie Kirk was the most effective advocate

Excellent, outstanding, your article should be published on the front page of every newspaper in the United States! Thank you for explaining and exposing the truth.
Charlie Kirk did what the Republican Party has repeatedly failed in doing. My time with the Republican Party in 4 states showed me there was not a force in motivating the base to turn out and be active politically.
