Every elected official in the United States, federal and state, and judicial officials must take an oath to support the Constitution. The Constitution states in Article VI, paragraph three, “The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution,…”
When was the last time someone was held accountable for violating the oath to support the Constitution? It is a crime to violate one’s oath of office under federal law 5 U S C 7311. This law states in part, “An individual may not accept or hold a position in the Government of the United States…if he, (Section 2), is a member of an organization that he knows advocates the overthrow of our constitutional form of government.” The law states “the overthrow of our constitutional form of government”, and is not limited to VIOLENT overthrow.
Currently, there are six members of Congress who are members of the organization called Democratic Socialist of America (DSA). In the preamble to their platform it states, “The Democratic Socialists of America are fighting to win a world organized and governed by and for the vast majority, the working class.” In other parts of their platform they advocate to “end capitalist exploitation,” defund the police and get rid of most if not all of the rights police officers have gained, and get rid of police unions. These socialists also want to create anarchy by eliminating all misdemeanor crimes, and “Free all people from involuntary confinement.” These are just the highlights of what this organization urges. In 2016, the DSA endorsed socialist Bernie Sanders. The Congressional Representatives who are currently serving who are members of the Democratic Socialists of America are:

Cori Bush of Missouri
Jamaal Bowman of New York
Shri Thanedar of Michigan
Greg Casar of Texas
The DSA seems to be slowly losing members, but that doesn’t make it any less of a danger to our Republic and its Constitution. It would seem obvious that being a member of the Democratic Socialists of America and having any fidelity to our Constitution would be mutually exclusive. Charges for violating their oaths of office should be brought against the above Representatives and anyone else who advocates a world government, which would eliminate our Constitutional Republic. This would just be the beginning. There are many other elected and appointed executives, legislators and judges who have fraudulently taken an oath to our Constitution who knew that there would be no consequences for violating it. It is past time that these violators are held accountable.
