Jim Arroyo, President of the Yavapai County Preparedness Team, talks about building community in getting prepared. They start with the individuals, then teach the family, and then reach out to the neighborhood. YCPT has been working with neighborhood preparedness groups (NPG) for a long time and can help you set one up, get it organized, and help you teach others.
Jim points out that all the classes that YCPT teaches are on video on their website. They are free to watch or you can download them.
