Today Senate President Fann announced that the Arizona State Senate has hired an independent, qualified, forensic auditing firm to analyze 2020 election results in Maricopa County.
President Fann: “There are two primary reasons we have determined the Senate needed to retain its own independent auditing firm. The Senate has consistently called for an auditor certified by the U. S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC). We have now learned the EAC does not certify auditors as such. The other primary reason is that the scope of the audit must be broader than the one proposed by the County’s vendors. Our firm will perform everything we have required in the subpoenas. We must bring back confidence that the election results reported are how votes were legally cast. The Senate’s forensic audit will bring accuracy and detail to the process, and with that restore integrity to the election process.”
Senate Judiciary Chairman Warren Petersen: “Maricopa County has chosen two companies to audit their election. Unfortunately, their limited scope does not fulfill the demand of our subpoena, which called for a deep forensic audit. We need to do more than make basic checks on the machines to make sure they were working. We need to check the ballots and ballot scans for abnormalities. We need to look at the machines to see if there was any manipulation. We need to make sure there was no remote or local access that made changes to the results. I’m grateful the President has chosen a firm that will do that work. Only then will our voters feel confident about the results of the election.”

Arizona, America is watching! We deserve the truth. Is that too much to ask? What is the purpose of retaining the election records for 22 months, if an authentic audit is being refused? Thank you for all your work and dedication to our great country!
I don’t understand why, if the county board is refusing to release the ballots, they are not being prosecuted. I thought ignoring a subpoena resulted in arrests. Also what happens if this drags on past the date when ballots must be stored. Can they then be destroyed. It would seem to me that it would be less damning for these people to be prosecuted for destroying the ballots than for them to be prosecuted for tampering with a national election. Will someone please explain.
For the life of me I can’t understand why this is such a boondoggle. Its way beyond frustrating, to me it’s infuriating. Don’t we all or shouldn’t we all want the same thing, namely fair and honest election results where only legal ballots are counted? If someone, anyone apposes that concept it’s a strong indication of malfeasance. There is only one path to help America heal and that’s to determine beyond doubt fraud did not swing election results. It’s so simple; the technology exists to quickly scan paper ballots to look for folds in the case of mail in ballots, or counterfeit ballots, etc. As for Dominion voting machines, Allied Security Operations Group did a forensic examination of Antrim Michigan’s Dominion voting machines and published a report dated 12/13/2020. Here’s a quote from the report.
B. PURPOSE AND PRELIMINARY CONCLUSIONS
1. The purpose of this forensic audit is to test the integrity of Dominion Voting System in how it performed in Antrim County, Michigan for the 2020 election.
2. We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results. The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors. The electronic ballots are then transferred for adjudication. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail. This leads to voter or election fraud. Based on our study, we conclude that The Dominion Voting System should not be used in Michigan. We further conclude that the results
of Antrim County should not have been certified.

Isn’t that conclusion scary? How are American’s supposed to reconcile that the State of Texas considered using Dominion voting machines and found them to be unacceptable and at the very same time, (2019) the State of Georgia awarded Dominion with a $107 million contract to election-technology vendor Dominion Voting Systems to replace the state’s voting machines ahead of the 2020 presidential election. Huh….. and we all know how Georgia went.
Please, please, please, absolutely secure the Dominion voting machines, forensically look at every single paper ballot. I’m encouraged that Arizona is actively pursuing this but for the sake of our nation, for the preservation of the Democratic Republic and the principles our nation was founded on, don’t delay, don’t allow anyone to have access to the voting machines until your independent study has concluded. There’s enough smoke of fraud to warrant this type of investigation to determine what exactly the truth is. I can handle the truth; America can handle the truth, Arizona we’re all counting on you to help us understand just what that truth really is. It must be allowed to proceed uninhibited. Arizona, America applauds your initiative in seeking the truth. You are a beacon to the rest of the States that used Dominion voting machines, you got this!

Maricopa county officials “reluctance” is all part of the charade… what they had to hide has he months now to get hidden or cleaned up. The country “hiding” in contempt and unwilling to comply… if this election was rigged, who in their right mind seriously thinks the ballots and machines have stood untouched or unaltered since Nov 3-4-5? I have no confidence in the validity of a BOS Audit and they are not to be trusted. I presume they could easily alter the results to cover a criminal alteration.

I disagree, based on the forensic examination of Antrim Michigan’s Dominion voting machines I’d say it should be done in all states that used the machines. If nothing else, Arizona will be the second State to add a data point of how easily Dominion voting machines can manipulate votes. If the politicians can approve an omnibus bill giving Pakistan $10 million for gender programs, Burma $135 million, Ukraine $453 million, and Sudan $700 million in taxpayer-funded assistance, we can afford to spend the money to ensure our voting systems are secure.
The Maricopa Board of Supervisors are desperately attempting to hide the Truths; Why? If the BOS were after the Truth, the audit would be performed by an entity accepted by ‘The People’; obviously the only people the Board of Supervisors trust are themselves. Someone needs to explain to them, sadly, they lost our trust many weeks ago.

The price of Freedom is high. I look at this alleged fraud not only as an attack on the USA; but as an attempt to render the ultimate sacrifice of the countless youths that went to war as meaningless; of the horror faced as personnel carriers grounded on the beach greeted by the deafening rattle of machine-gun fire pummeling the steel hull, of family trees whose new shoots of youth were cut off and heirs denied life. Of mother’s enduring child-birth and 2-decades sacrifice and worry in rearing her child…only to be snuffed out on foreign soil. Shall we say it was all for nothing and the entrance of evil was but delayed while, as said, the detriment to countless family trees was, indeed, permanent? I think not. For the assaults we face in pushing forward on this election farce are mere words and rhetoric; not lethal lead traveling at the speed of sound and greater. Martin Luther King, Jr. correctly stated that Adolf Hitler broke none of his nations laws… because he had them re-written to legalize his forthcoming atrocities. What are we waiting for? Subpoenas were issued in December. Not sure why that took so long. I understand the BOS is conducting audits of tabulation machines this week to avoid allowing Senate doing more intensive audits. Senate will vote on whether to go ahead with charges brought against Supervisors no sooner than Feb. 15. They are still waiting for a judge to rule on whether the Senate can physically receive the ballots. Apparently the election worker and BOS eyes are more qualified than state elected Senators to see how people really voted. The BOS also hiding behind a contract the county has with Dominion. Antrim County, MI got around that after thousands of votes were flipped from Trump to O’Biden. The report was damning of Dominion machines. I expect the same would happen here if an honest audit were allowed. I am trying to hold out hope that truth will win. So far, it looks like dark days for the USA that I love. Go Patriots!
I turned from a Democratic supporter to Republican and voted for President Trump. The turning point for me was watching the DNC and RNC. The DNC looked like it was produced by five year old children and just consisted of anger and lies. It was horrible to watch. I then watched the RNC and I was shocked by how professional and well produced it was. There was so much kindness and compassion. This was a stark difference from the Democrats who just seem to spew anger, hatred, and lies.
It has become vastly apparent watching the consistent lying and doctoring of “evidence” during President Trump’s impeachable #2. It is very evident that the Democrats and some other fossilized politicians don’t have our country or our people’s best interest in mind. Their focus is “THEM ONLY”. I am absolutely sickened by what I’ve seen and want to help in any way possible. I CAN NEVER, IN GOOD CONSCIENCE, VOTE FOR ANOTHER DEMOCRAT AGAIN after what I’ve seen these past several months.
The evidence is to evident. This election was stolen from Donald Trump. DO NOT LET PEOPLE FOR YOU TO BELIEVING OTHERWISE. The Democrats will do anything to steal power. They had a dirty plan and they played it out. We have to fix it before it’s too late.
