Today Senate President Fann announced that the Arizona State Senate has hired an independent, qualified, forensic auditing firm to analyze 2020 election results in Maricopa County.
President Fann: “There are two primary reasons we have determined the Senate needed to retain its own independent auditing firm. The Senate has consistently called for an auditor certified by the U. S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC). We have now learned the EAC does not certify auditors as such. The other primary reason is that the scope of the audit must be broader than the one proposed by the County’s vendors. Our firm will perform everything we have required in the subpoenas. We must bring back confidence that the election results reported are how votes were legally cast. The Senate’s forensic audit will bring accuracy and detail to the process, and with that restore integrity to the election process.”
Senate Judiciary Chairman Warren Petersen: “Maricopa County has chosen two companies to audit their election. Unfortunately, their limited scope does not fulfill the demand of our subpoena, which called for a deep forensic audit. We need to do more than make basic checks on the machines to make sure they were working. We need to check the ballots and ballot scans for abnormalities. We need to look at the machines to see if there was any manipulation. We need to make sure there was no remote or local access that made changes to the results. I’m grateful the President has chosen a firm that will do that work. Only then will our voters feel confident about the results of the election.”

I am 72 and voted for the first time in 2016 for a non-politician/business man Donald Trump who was doing a fantastic job! I have been so disgusted with the false, rigged election of 2020. I have seen so much proof of fraud exposed on internet and am very happy that Arizona is at least looking into it. Please hurry, Biden is destroying this country.

Has the BOS of Maricopa Co released all the voting materials yet for the deep audit that was supposed to start today, Feb 3rd? I am hearing conflicting reports. We need to have this full audit! Also, how do we find where to sign to have the Board of Supervisors removed? They have been interfering with allowing this audit to take place. These votes belong to We the People, NOT to the BOS! The audit they are doing on the machines and ballots are for all the machines and ballots not just a sample size?

I have no confidence in the honesty of the BOS and if they are to examine the ballots and machines first, then they could easily alter the results and make it impossible to discover fraud. !!!!
What I have read and understood is, that if any information on the machines is altered or deleted, it will leave behind signature and a record of that action and will be a infraction of Federal law, therefore rendering the county votes as fraudulent. Basically, they would be sabotaging themselves.

Watching to see what happens I’m in Massachusetts and on the edge of my seat waiting for results. I watched the live testimony from brave citizens no way all these people are lyers . America got screwed and I still can’t believe that it was allowed. Good luck with checking results in Ma any attempt would be futile. Who did the Senate hire to do the audits? If it was Jovan Hutton Pulitzer, America has hope. He is more than over qualified to do the audits and Americans trust he would do the job and provide the true results direct to the public. We all know the election needs to be recertified.
If a suspect is accused of robbing a bank; they are not allowed to “Investigate themselves” and if the suspect refuses to let investigators in their house, THAT in itself brings high suspicion on them. Where would investigators start looking? No big mystery here, they would look in the suspect’s house! Oh but the suspect quickly says “WAIT” I will investigate and search my house and get back to you! Police say; oh ok well let us know when your done and tell us what you find. Then when the police come back a few months later and want to look themselves; the suspect says “WAIT” I will look again ! now go away and stop bothering my “HOW MANY investigations is it going to take for you to realize I didn’t do anything wrong???? go away! ! Oops the statute of limitations ran out. I guess the suspect was innocent – Right?
So if there has to be a majority of senators to enforce a subpoena and all it takes is one senator voting no for a tie or two for a stall just how many of you think any state has rep. senators with those kind of guts? not in the republican party. Its amazing the snakes we have in our party that like a bad pimple seem to raise their ugly heads up at the most inopportune time, do dems. have that problem? not hardly. For some reason evil just somehow sticks together. I hope and pray i’m wrong but the fact of the matter is if this were reversed the dems would already have those county board members stuck so far back in jail they would have to pipe sunlight to them and tapping on the walls and pipes to communicate with their lawyers.
Just read an article from Washington Examiner. Says still refusing to allow forensic audit of voting machines. Who’s running the state ? Board of supervisors have more power than senate does ? This just makes the audit more important than ever ,what are they hiding, Hope they can’t wipe these machines clean. And if they do then what’s the next move ? This country needs a complete election do over ,the whole country ,new election vote in person no BS.
