The Attack On Men – Buz Blog

A person who hates or is strongly prejudiced against males is called a misandrist. – Mirriam-Webster

Misandry is defined as the hatred of, contempt for, or prejudice against men or boys. For more than a few decades, the culture as a whole, and the entertainment industry, in particular, has been attacking the intelligence, integrity and masculinity of American men. After the portrayal of fathers on TV shows like Father Knows Best and Leave It To Beaver, and the family dads in a few later sitcoms, fathers were “dumbed down” when shown in television and movies. Fathers were easily outsmarted by their wives, kids, other relatives, neighbors and almost anyone with whom they came in contact. Those that were not depicted in this manner were shown to be boorish, uncouth, often violent louts, but rarely as the loving husbands and fathers that most men actually are. This, naturally lead to a diminished favorability for all men, not just fathers. Media midgets and those in the entertainment industry encouraged this stereotype.

With all of the years portraying men, not only fathers, as heartless, emotionally lacking, rigid, adamant, automatons, it is hardly surprising that the misandry against males progressively became more venomous. In the last decade, with the advent of the “woke” counter culture, men have been attacked for their “toxic masculinity”, for alleged bullying, for their dismissal of women, or outright misogyny.

Most men ignore these criticisms as baseless and for the vast majority of men, they are without merit. The women and men who make these claims are most often from groups that spew hostility at those who have opposing views. They do this as a way of discrediting anyone that might have an opposite argument, before that group or person can even present their views. Anyone with an open mind and the ability to reason, can see that this male hatred is overtly prejudiced against men and boys.

An unbiased look at males in the mainstream media who espouse their animus of other men, describe themselves as “feminists”. Many seem to be effeminate in look, speech, and demeanor. The women who get the most press for their anti-male rants are the ones in athletics, or the media, who advance transsexuals in every situation, especially in women’s sports. Many are openly lesbian. How ironic that they are so “anti-science” when it comes to male/female chromosomes.

It is a good bet that many of the middle age or older women who took part in the anti-ICE protests and riots throughout our country, also hate men. It is easy to imagine that those who would debase themselves by dressing up as “furries” or inflatable animals and reptiles during these demonstrations, would also hate members of the opposite sex. A demographic study of these women would undoubtedly show that most of them don’t have husbands or significant male others. They have either never married or gone through contentious divorces. They would then blame their troubles on all men, not only the ones with whom they may have had bad relationships.

The overwhelming number of women are opposed to these man haters. They have fathers, brothers, sons and other men that they know and love, (despite our many faults). They know that the “war between the sexes”, isn’t a war of hate, but one of love, where both sides can laugh at themselves and the other side, while enjoying each other’s company.
