When Barack Obama ran for President in 2008, he said that his election would “fundamentally transform” America. He did his best to create that transformation and make it permanent. By “fundamentally transform” he meant to move the country from a Republic to an oligarchy run by a federal bureaucracy. This was a significant move toward socialism and globalism. His protege, Joe Biden, did his best to speedily cement those changes. This was another step in the direction of “the new world order” envisioned by globalists. The reason the left, the Democrats and the globalists want to marginalize the United States is because we are the last best hope for mankind. If the USA has a strong middle class, if it is strong militarily, economically and Constitutionally, globalism, socialism and communism don’t stand a chance.

The election of Donald Trump marks the “fundamental” return to common sense. At least since Obama ran for the presidency, and probably since the turn of this century, rational thinking has been vilified and mocked by those running the country. Both elected officials, the fake news press, and those wielding the swamp’s bureaucratic power, have done everything they can to counter Western Civilization, diminish the role of the nuclear family and replace traditional values with radical woke theories.

In the short time he has been in office, Donald Trump has confronted, altered or erased years of left wing, woke policies that have been attacking and eroding our Constitutional republic. Trump, both as a candidate and a president has been more transparent then any candidate or holder of that office. The voters knew what he was going to do when he returned to the White House, because he told them. That is why they gave Trump a mandate to do what he promised.

He said he was going to seal our borders again and he has already started. Trump told everyone that he was going to deport illegal aliens and he is doing so, starting with the worse, first. He stated he was going to stop the flow of illegal aliens into our country and illegal entries are way down from Biden’s last few months. Is it sane for a country to have open borders?

Candidate Trump stated that he would put an end to the asinine Diversity, Equity and Inclusion nonsense and with one of his first executive orders, he closed all of the DEI offices in the federal government. His Secretary of Defense, Pete Hegseth, is doing the same in the Pentagon and our military. Is it rational for our federal government or our military to hire and promote people because of the color of their skin, ancestry or sexual preference rather than their ability to do the job and their past accomplishments?

Is it an offense against reality for society to accept the claim of a biological man, that he is a woman? Is it a base absurdity to allow biological men, who identify as women, to compete in women’s sports? Is it logical, let alone economically feasible, for the federal government to use taxpayer money to pay off the loans for people who have contractually borrowed money for their education?

President Trump, his cabinet and his administration is addressing these and every other idiot, anti-rational, Constitutional eroding policy of the Obama/Biden years. In other words, he is returning us to Common Sense. Thank you, President Trump.
