On November 12, 2024, at 5:23pm, Prescott Valley Police Officers were dispatched, responded, and began investigating a traffic crash involving a vehicle and a bicycle which occurred on Viewpoint Dr. between Manley Dr. and Long Mesa Dr. in Prescott Valley.
Upon their arrival, a fourteen-year-old male was observed to need medical attention. Ambulance and fire crews arrived on scene and the juvenile was flown to a Phoenix Area Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
The subject operating the vehicle which struck the bicycle was detained by police and is being investigated.

I would bet the driver of the car/truck never spends one day in jail. If it were my son I would be filing a civil suit for $5 million.
