The Mile Hi Horseshoe Classic was held at the Watson Lake Park on a nice warm Saturday morning in Prescott. Everyone showed up early and the pitchers were warned up and ready to go by 8:30am in hopes of beating the heat later in the day. It worked as by noon everything was done and on their way.

Trisha Lincoln proved once again that there was no pressure on her being at the top of the leader board. Despite pitching a tick under her season average of 64, she was able to win the overall tournament patch and prize money. Cody Williams squeaked out second over third place Hal Handelman.
Robert Chubinsky shot five percentage points better than Steve Harman to take first place in Class B division. Emmett Jones finished third and also took home the coveted 50/50 prize.
Brian Belcher continued to pitch better than his average would have you to believe by throwing ten plus percentage points over his season average to take the top spot in Class C, besting Terry Sloan.
Thanks to Brian Belcher for his time and efforts in painting the club gazebo, which was initially purchased through a donation by MI Windows. The weather was beating it up real good and Brian made it look brand new again. Thanks across the board to all of you who help out on different capacities to make the tournaments in Prescott run smooth.
