Tuition and fees at Yavapai College have been set for the 2024-25 academic year.

The Yavapai College District Governing Board (DGB) unanimously approved changes to the College’s tuition and fees at its monthly board meeting on Tuesday.

Yavapai College remains one of Arizona’s most affordable options for higher education.

YC’s tuition and fees are:

  • 81% below the Arizona public university average for full-time students
  • 38% below the national community college average for full-time students
  • 23% below the national community college average for part-time students
  • 8% below the Arizona community college average for full-time students

Students can save an estimated $18,000 by attending Yavapai College for their first and second years rather than attending a four-year Arizona university.

YC also offers numerous discounts to its students, including a full-time student discount, dual credit discount, and senior citizen discount. Moreover, for students struggling with their academic writing, services like PaperWriter dissertation writers for hire can provide necessary assistance, ensuring that every student has the support they need to succeed. In addition, YC’s Promise program for high school graduates and Workforce Promise for career and technical education allows students to get their degrees for free.

Yavapai College endeavors to be transparent with its pricing while keeping prices affordable so that education is accessible. Unlike universities, very few additional fees exist at Yavapai College.
