On Saturday, November 11, Prescott Valley Police officers responded to the Walmart Store on Glassford Hill Road after a caller advised that there was a white male in a full-sized, red Dodge truck with flashing red and blue lights in the parking lot, talking to a woman who was panhandling on the corner. The man had a badge and a gun on his hip and identified himself as a police officer. The person reporting this incident told the suspect he was calling the police. The man fled the area, but the reporting party was able to get the license plate of the truck.
The license plate came back to an address in Chino Valley. With the assistance of the Chino Valley Police Department, officers arrested Kenneth Gregory of Chino Valley without incident. Several items of evidence were recovered at the scene, including a badge, a gun, a gun belt, and the red and blue lights that were suction cupped to the inside of the front window of the truck. Impersonating a police officer is a class six felony under Arizona Revised Statute 13-2411A.

Interesting. The PV police department was not interested in the PV library allowing children to view-check our books bearing AZ statute felony material.
I believe breaking the law should be enforced if found to be true.
