This week, Yavapai County Superior Court Judge John Napper ruled that the ballot signature verification method used in the 2020 and 2022 elections was illegal.
Why is this important? Because during these election cycles, the Arizona Secretary of State, a far-left activist democrat, changed the rules governing how signatures on ballots would be checked and verified.
The problem with this is that it violated state law and it caused voter fraud.
Prior to 2020, signatures on ballots had to exactly match the signature on the voter registration. This makes sense and was in place to prevent bogus signatures from counting. If the ballot signature and registration signature didn’t match, the vote didn’t count.
Far-left democrats don’t believe in fair and honest elections, so they changed the rules allowing ballots to count even if the signatures never matched! This is an obvious pretext for fraud.
What impact did it have on the elections? That is the big question for Kari Lake, Abe Hamadah and even President Trump. In these very close elections, it could have made the difference between winning and losing. For example, Republican Abe Hamadeh “lost” by just 280 votes in his bid to become Arizona’s Attorney General. It doesn’t take much fraud to steal his election.
What is the remedy? Normally if the laws are broken there is a remedy. In this case the mail-in ballots need to be recounted using the proper standard. If the proper recount shows Hamadah or Lake being the actual winners, then the current occupants as governor or Attorney General would have to vacate these offices. Every action taken by Hobbs and Mayes would be deemed null and void as they were not the winner.
This court ruling is a huge victory towards ensuring election integrity going forward.

Ironic isn’t it? We are having our elections stolen by creeps who apparently hate our country. Why do we not hear this every night on the news: Read this in our local papers?
Dr. Gosar is a breath of fresh air when it comes to supporting Arizona and America.
Your reporting needs to be neutral.. Stop fueling the flames of doubt. If something is broken, fix it. Don’t politically motivate your article based on your opinions or motivations. We could spend all day talking about the far right and their misguided attempts to steal elections.
I would hope that, as a reporter, you are unbias in your reporting and would be concerned about voters being denied their vote because the signature on file was created 10+ years ago and may not reflect a voters current signature.
Update your voter registration card with the proper signature. From recorder.Maricopa.gov.
There are 2 options to update your legal signature on file.
You may complete a new registration form and mail it to our voter registration division at 111 S. 3rd Ave, Ste 102, Phoenix, AZ 85003.
You may visit an MVD office and update your signature.
Then do another recount or shut up. It has been three years and this is the most you maga can come up with. If I never hear the name Kari Lake it will be too soon.
