Congress is finally looking into impeaching Joe Biden, the most corrupt, incompetent and demented president in our history. The damage he has done to our country, if not irreparable, will take a long, long time to repair. According to Article II, section 4 of our Constitution, offenses that are impeachable upon conviction are: “Treason, Bribery or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”

Has Joe Biden committed treason? A look at the damage he has done to the United States since taking office in 2021, whether intentional or through incredible ineptness, would indicate more of a direct intention to ruin our country, than through having done so by inefficiency. In virtually every area of governance, Biden has taken the position or policy that would further erode our freedoms, ruin our economy, diminish our status with foreign countries, and divide us into disunited tribes by race, gender, sexual preference and economic status.

The Biden Administration has weaponized the FBI to attack our First Amendment Freedom of Religion rights by characterizing Catholics who prefer the Latin Mass as “radical-traditionalist Catholic ideology” and linking it with “violent extremism.” The Faithless But Ignorant establishment agents in the FBI did what amounted to the same thing to parents. These mothers and fathers just wanted to go to school board meeting to address their grievances about our public schools teaching Critical Race Theory, gender transition policies, and other perversions. The DOJ and FBI wanted to target them as domestic terrorist.

Now the Biden Department of Justice, local left wing Democrat district attorneys and state Attorneys General have colluded to create legally questionable indictments against Joe Biden’s chief political opponent, Donald J. Trump. This is an undisguised attempt to prevent Trump from running an effective political campaign or to imprison him so that he can’t run for president again.

Biden’s immigration policy, or lack of one, has allowed millions of unvetted people from countries all over the globe, to enter our nation without proof of identification, health records, or criminal pasts. This has cost cities and states billions of dollars and put unconscionable strains on local schools, hospitals, law enforcement agencies and budgets. The Biden Administration is offering little or no aid to the cities or states for the burden caused by their immigration enforcement non-policies.

More and more evidence is coming out everyday that Hunter Biden was selling his father’s influence to foreign governments for large paychecks. His laptop emails and texts indicate that his father was getting a large share of that money. Depending on what Joe Biden was doing for the Ukraine, China, Russia and other countries, there is a strong indication that this could likely be treason. At the very least it is prima facie evidence of bribery and money laundering.

Money laundering is done through shell corporations, of which the Biden family has several. When asked by a reporter about Congresswomen Nancy Mace’s allegation of Biden accepting bribery, President Joe smirkingly responded, “Where’s the money?” before calling the charge, “a bunch of malarkey”. It appears from his reaction that Biden feels safe that no bribery money can be found due to the laundering of those bribes.

The “high Crimes and Misdemeanors” section of the Constitution, would likely be violated if a president violated his oath of office, which reads: “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

When a president uses the law enforcement, (DOJ, FBI, ATF, et.al.) powers in the executive branch to suppress the freedoms of speech, religion, and assembly, he is violating his oath of office. When he sets up a two tier justice system, when he refuses to enforce enacted laws he disagrees with, when he usurps the “purse strings” power of Congress by giving money away without their approval, these are are not the actions of someone who is preserving, protecting and defending the Constitution. These are also “high Crimes and Misdemeanors”. Along with treason and bribery allegations, the House should start an impeachment inquiry that should ultimately result in the conviction for the impeachment of Joe Biden.
