Please be advised that Sunland Asphalt & Construction, LLC in conjunction with Yavapai County will be performing epoxy chip seal operations on three bridge decks on Iron Springs Road in Yavapai County. The areas include bridge decks at mile post 18.06, 23.27, and 24.24. Construction work will include spall repair of the existing bridge deck and the application of an epoxy chip seal friction course. Construction will begin May 15, 2023 and continue through June 2023. One lane of traffic will remain open at all times; however, motorists may encounter lane restrictions, reduced speeds, and flagging operations throughout the work zones. Motorists should expect minor delays and allow extra time to get through the construction area. Please follow all traffic control devices when travelling through the work zone.
