The Prescott Police Department and the Prescott Police Foundation were honored to present the YRMC Foundation with a check for $13,598.09 in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
This is the largest donation we’ve made to date, and since 2018, we have raised over $50,000 for the local Baskin Breast Care Center. These funds help support early detection, palliative care, and comfort care for patients in our community after they return home from treatment.
This incredible amount came from last October’s Pink Patch events and truly means so much to our department. This cause is close to home for many of us, which makes being able to give back even more meaningful.
Thank you to our community for always showing up, supporting, and being part of something bigger. We could not do this without you. We are already looking forward to this year’s events in October and doing it all over again.
