The Prescott Valley Police Department is seeking help from the public to identify a vehicle that was involved in a hit-and-run vehicle collision. On Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 6:15pm, an older model, beat-up, dark colored pickup truck with a camper shell, struck a pedestrian on North Jasper Parkway, about a half mile from E Copper Hill Road. The citizen sustained minor injuries, but the family dog was thrown about 50 feet from the scene and was killed. The suspect failed to stop or remain at the scene.

That was not a “vehicle collision”, that was assault & battery on a pedestrian by the driver of the offending vehicle.
