Sounds like one or both “victims” were drunk as skunks. Drive in or around Prescott means taking your life in your hands. The drivers are old and inattentive, or young and inattentive. Tailgaters are rampant as are those who just can’t stand it unless they pull up behind you with their bright headlights on. A shame that these fools can’t be stopped and arrested for being STUPID!
