Conservatives For A Constitutional Republic Host Sen. Jake Hoffman & GOP National Committeewomen Liz Harris

The local chapter of Yavapai County’s Conservatives for a Constitutional Republic (ConCR) has announced that their next meeting, this Saturday, October 25th, at 11:15AM, will host  Arizona State Senator and National Committeeman Jake Hoffman, and Republican National Committeewoman, Liz Harris. Together with Ms. Harris, Sen. Hoffman also serves as one of Arizona’s two delegates to the Republican National Committee.

Ms. Harris’s and Sen. Hoffman’s visit to Yavapai County comes at a time of dissension within the state GOP over the leadership of State Chair Gina Swoboda. Ms. Harris and Sen. Hoffman, as top elected officials of the state GOP,  have sponsored a recall effort to remove Ms. Swoboda from her position.  ConCR particularly encourages Republican Precinct Committeemen and State Committeemen to attend this briefing on the purpose and status of the recall effort. Ms. Swoboda will be offered an opportunity to respond to the allegations in the near future. The meeting is free and open to the  public but seating is limited. Those wishing to attend are asked to RSVP at  concr2018@gmail.com.

Former State Representative Liz Harris is widely known as a conservative firebrand who reflects the fighting spirit of the Republican grassroots. Her story is a compelling one. She first became politicly active in her Chandler area district as a Precinct Committeewoman.  After a narrow loss for a seat in the State Legislature in 2020, she helped organize a canvassing operation that uncovered  discrepancies in the voting rolls such as registrations at vacant lots, uncounted votes, and mail in ballots cast by people who stated they did not vote.  Ms. Harris quickly became an outspoken voice in Arizona for election integrity and reform.

In 2022 Ms. Harris was elected to the State Legislature for LD13. However, her agitation for election reform antagonized powerful establishment figures and led to her expulsion three months later. Ms. Harris’s fight for conservative values and election integrity have made her a favorite of the America First, anti-establishment wing of the state GOP.  In 2024 she was elected a Republican National Committeewoman for Arizona.

Sen. Jake Hoffman has served in the Arizona Legislature since 2020, first as a State Representative for LD12, and since 2013 as a state senator for LD15. He is the founder of the Arizona Legislature’s Freedom Caucus and is widely regarded as one of the most conservative and influential legislators in Arizona. He is staunchly America First and MAGA in his political views. Following the 2020 election,  he is one of 11 Trump supporters indicted by Arizona’s Democrat Attorney General, Kris Mayes, as an alleged ‘fake elector’ for President Trump. The indictment was dismissed earlier this year by a Maricopa County Judge for failing to present Grand Jurors with essential information.

The Yavapai County chapter of Conservatives For a Constitutional Republic is a group of conservative activists dedicated to defending and promoting the values of representative government as set forth in the United States Constitution. They are a private organization and not directly affiliated with a political party. However, most members are registered Republicans or conservative-leaning Independents who are civically engaged or are current or former elected officials or candidates for office. During the upcoming election year, President Dutton has scheduled candidates for all top level state and county offices to address the group.

ConCR meets monthly at the Bible Baptist Church, 3490 N. State Road 89, in Chino Valley. Recent speakers include Congressman Eli Crane,  Arizona Senate President Warren Petersen, and State Representative Alex Kolodin who is running as a Republican for Secretary of State, and many other prominent conservative figures and candidates for office.

ConCR is a membership organization. However, in the interest of informing voters about important issues and candidates, the appearances of guest speakers of high public interest are open to the public.  All those wishing to meet Republican National Committeewoman Liz Harris and Sen. Jake Hoffman, are cordially invited to attend. Time permitting, Ms. Harris and Sen. Hoffman will stand for questions. Doors open at 10:30AM. The meeting will begin promptly at 11:15AM.  RSVP’s are requested and should be directed to concr2018@gmail.com.
