This initiative coincides with two meaningful observances: Blue Monday on January 20th, often referred to as “saddest day of the year” and Parent’s Mental Health Day on January 27th. These dates remind us of the importance of mental well-being and the need for accessible and supportive care.
As the new year begins, many individuals set resolutions to improve their overall health, and CHCY is here to make it easier to access mental health care. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance abuse disorder, or even managing medications, our expert team provides individual counseling and psychotherapy services to help you achieve a healthier, happier you in 2025.
CHCY offers integrated care, allowing patients to see their primary care provider and behavioral health team all under one roof. The behavioral health team accepts patients starting at age 6 and offer a variety of counseling options, tailored to your needs. Same-day appointments are offered to ensure timely mental health support as well as virtual visits, making it easier to access care from the comfort of your home.

Most major insurances accepted, including Medicare and AHCCCS. For those who may not have insurance, we offer a sliding fee scale discount program for qualified individuals based on family size and income.
