Former President Donald Trump capped off Glendale’s Halloween night with an almost two-hour-long interview with Tucker Carlson.
This interview concluded Carlson’s live tour across the country with the proceeds from the event being used to benefit survivors from Hurricanes Helene and Milton.
Before Trump took the stage, Carlson prefaced the interview by stating that Trump is going to change American politics, going against the status quo of both Democrats and Republicans.
“When he comes back with an army of people who know exactly what’s up, they know where the bodies are likely going to be buried, and they are coming with shovels to dig them up,” Carlson said.
The end of his speech before the interview emphasized Trump’s “masculinity,” saying he showed bravery when he was shot in the ear back in July.
“Masculinity is still an indispensable thing,” Carlson said. “Nobody’s going out with a spear, but you still need a brave man in charge. Memo to any unmarried women in here, don’t marry a feminist man. They’ll smack you around for sure.”
These statements led to Carlson’s first question to Trump, which was why he was running for president after an assassination attempt and the financial security for other options.
“I have one thing in mind,” Trump said. “It’s called Make America Great Again.”
Trump spent much of his time talking about America’s “enemies,” from foreign entities to the U.S. press.
Tackling one of his more prominent talking points, Trump again noted that he would enact a “mass deportation” of all illegal immigrants if elected president, saying they are a threat to U.S. citizens with “millions and millions” of them being murderers, drug dealers and prisoners.
“I’m sure we have some of them in here tonight with us,” Trump said, stating that he thinks the border is the biggest issue facing Americans. “I happen to think that the border is the single biggest issue. I think it’s bigger than inflation. The worst thing that’s happened to this country is allowing millions of people in this country that are criminal people.”
He again talked about “the enemy from within,” which has received backlash from Democrats, but he rebutted by saying that “they could hate our country. They’re the threat to democracy.”
“They say, ‘he’s trying to put people in jail,’” Trump said. “That’s what they’ve been trying to do to me for the past four years. We have some very bad people and those people are also very dangerous. They would like to take down our country.”
Trump pointed multiple times to news cameras in the room, saying “they are the enemy of the people.” He also said that the approval rating of the U.S. press has fallen to a record low of which he is “very proud.”
Carlson also asked Trump if Elon Musk and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. would be influential in Trump’s presidency if elected. Trump went on to detail what he would bring the two men on at the White House.
Trump said that Musk has told him that he believes he could cut the cost of government by $2 trillion without affecting anyone – and Trump wants to let him.
“We’ve got to cherish our brilliant people because we don’t have many of them,” Trump said.
Additionally, Trump said that Kennedy “can do whatever he wants” when it comes to the health of U.S. citizens.
“I want [him] to take care of the women of this country, the men of this country and the children of this country,” Trump said. “The only thing I say to Bobby is, ‘leave the liquid gold beneath our feet alone.’”
Towards the end of the interview, Trump discussed his opinions on election security, saying there should be one-day elections, all paper ballots and voter ID.
“We are a nation in very serious decline,” Trump said. “We’re going to put our country back together and we’re going to make it the greatest country in the world again.”

As a child of pre WWII, I became a college grad at age 30. The Viet Nam war was on and many pro and con college students were constantly mixing it up. But even in my time I knew little about the founding of America or the history of 1620 through the revolutionary period or the work that went into the creation of the constitution in the Fall of 1787.
President and former 5 star General Dwight D. Eisenhower was my first known president. Later Ronald Reagan came along with his TV program speaking of major threats to America. The Communist were taking over Central and South American countries and President Reagan spoke of the danger to America. At this point I became a reader interested in world affairs and the Communist influence penetrating American institutions as well as the United Nations.
As a seasoned citizen with no family I began a serious review of my country and the many threats to its future. American political parties seemed more concerned about power in Washington for their own purposes than in keeping faith with our constitution.
It took a well educated and child of very successful parents to become the modern patriot to take his skills of a rough and tumble construction business and provide the winning skills to overwhelm the world of politics. Despite having few warriors to assist him he created a revolution in this country. Not only did he provide success for the American people he also reformed a weak foreign policy and brought peace to a troubled world.
On Tuesday November 5th voters will have determined in spite of Democrat fraudulent control of many state-city elections to re-elect Donald J. Trump as our 47th President of the United States. Providing he can be kept safe till January 20, 2025 President Trump will restore constitutional law and provide a much deeper management team throughout Washington, District of Colombia. By so doing a “deep cleaning” of the administrative state the entire country will benefit and the world will be safer and more prosperous than ever thanks to Donald John Trump.
