Lyle Rapacki, host of Yavapai Speaks, talks with Michelle Burchill, the Yavapai County Recorder about the voting process, the numbers, and what she wants for the voters. Ms. Burchill points out that she was an election skeptic and wants to make sure that the process is transparent and has accountability in all its aspects. She explains why the numbers change for federal only voters, and how the chain of custody works for the County drop boxes.
