Beginning Friday, June 14 at 5 pm, all Yavapai Library Network libraries will transition to a new software. Due to this planned software migration, some library services will be unavailable over the weekend. If you’re planning to visit Prescott Public Library this weekend, please be aware:
- You MUST have your physical library card with you to check out materials
- Items returned to the library will not be checked in until Monday (6/17) or Tuesday (6/18)
- The online catalog will be available for searching, but holds cannot be placed and items cannot be renewed
- New library cards cannot be issued
- The self-checkout stations will be unavailable
Public computers, printing, and Wi-Fi will still be available in the library. Online databases, including Libby and others that link to your library card, will also be accessible.
Again, the migration begins at 5 pm on Friday (June 14) and should be completed by Monday (June 17). We ask for your patience and understanding during this transition and apologize for any inconvenience. For more information, please call 928.777.1500.
