The Yavapai College Fire Academy and partner agencies have prepared 19 more men and women for a career in the fire service. The future firefighters successfully completed 16 weeks of rigorous training culminating in a traditional graduation ceremony Saturday, May 11, 3 pm at the Yavapai College Prescott Campus.
“Each of you are at the beginning of a great career, remember the lessons learned throughout the last 16 weeks and strive to be better every day”. Yavapai College Fire Science Program Director Robert Borker said in his welcome remarks.
Following are the graduating class # 24-01 Yavapai College Fire Academy graduates: Ryan Alaniz, Mackendy Benson, Kyle Brown, Damon Cademartori, Luca Campuzano, Bryan Carlin, Ryan Crouse, Adrian Dragos, Ryan Gruda, Tristen Huddleston, Christine Kayser, Weston Mcmanus, David Myers, Jacob Rivera, Robert Rooke, Juan Santana, Ethan Shelabarger, Cooper Tann, and Elias Turnbull.
