Yavapai Regional Medical Center is dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients and ensuring the safety and security of everyone within our facilities. As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance security measures, starting March 18, 2024, we will be implementing new visitor procedures at our West campus in Prescott.
Effective March 18, all visitors and patients will be required to check in at the front desk upon arrival. A dedicated volunteer will assist visitors by verifying each patient’s room using their first and last name. Upon verification, visitors will be issued a visitor’s pass for the day.
Previously implemented at our East campus in Prescott Valley, these procedures will now be extended to our West campus to ensure consistency and thoroughness in our safety protocols.
“We are committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for our patients, visitors, and staff,” said Dr. Anthony Torres, President and CEO of Dignity Health Yavapai Regional. “These updated visitor and patient procedures will help us to better manage and monitor access to our facilities, ultimately enhancing the safety and well-being of everyone on our campuses.”
Dignity Health Yavapai Regional appreciates the cooperation and understanding of all visitors and patients as we implement these important changes

Very sad. It was much better previously. Many of the ER doctors have left “suddenly” (ahhahmmm).
Write about that Prescott News! Quality of care suffering greatly and now they don’t want to let
