Goodwin Street Closed Between Montezuma and Cortez
The Prescott Christmas Village and ChristkindlMarket will take place Friday, December 15 from 4-8 p.m., Saturday December 16 from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday December 17 from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Goodwin Street, between Montezuma and Cortez. Due to the extensive set up for the market, Goodwin will be closed starting Thursday December 14 at 7 a.m. until Monday December 18 by approximately 6 a.m.
Large crowds are expected, and the event will feature horse drawn carriage rides around the Courthouse Plaza. Drivers downtown are urged to proceed with caution and be aware of pedestrians and carriages throughout the weekend.
