David McNabb, guest host of Prescott Talks, interviews Robert Zinni, who is the Vice-Principal of Northpoint Expeditionary Learning Academy. Mr. Zinni explains what the educational philosophy of expeditionary learning is, and the types of topic presentations that they do, including field trips, hands on learning, character development, and service education. In addition, they stress community service. Some of their more intensive classes include backpacking, marine biology research, and travel.
