David Stringer, the Publisher of Prescott eNews, talks to Ralph Hess, a retired judge of the Yavapai County Superior Court, and Deb Thalasitis, a political activist, about their petitions that have been presented to the Prescott City Council. These petitions are asking that there be a 60 day comment period and several public hearings to get more public input on the Master Plan for the rodeo grounds that has been proposed.
