David Stringer, the Publisher of Prescott eNews, talks to Ralph Hess, a retired judge of the Yavapai County Superior Court, and Deb Thalasitis, a political activist, about their petitions that have been presented to the Prescott City Council. These petitions are asking that there be a 60 day comment period and several public hearings to get more public input on the Master Plan for the rodeo grounds that has been proposed.
In the City Council meeting of July 11, 2023 (mentioned in the video), there was no decision made on the petitions.
