Just what Prescott needs…NOT.
I am sick of all ther building of homes not afforable for locals, and the increased traffic and lack of public transportation. The demand for water is already high and this doesn’t help
I agree completely
. it’s pathetic..
Nothing for locals struggling financially. Nothing affordable at all.
Luxury apartments? please Prescott think of the people who pay taxes to keep this town g oing. Like someone else said. Who has a job that allows them to live here with this h I g h cost of living in Prescott. ????
You are making Prescott so big and crowded, no one will want to come here to your town. This is sad! We don’t have the water and now you want to steal it from Chino Valley. Paving paradise and putting in a parking lot.
Well said!
Greed and Disregard.
The City of Prescott did not ’embrace’ your project.
Dirty Money Mengarelli did and now we get your visual blight above the park.
It seems like a sin as affordable housing needs are great.
Gee, more over priced places to live. I want to know where are the jobs that pay enough to live in such over priced places , let alone those with a family?
Where is my Apt?
thanks for destroying my once quiet neighborhood. thx for more than doubling the traffic in my once quiet neighborhood. how much of a kickback did you give ex Mayor Mengarelli for this opportunity to destroy my once quiet neighborhood?
Greed now runs the world. America was once fueled by God respecting people using compassionate, caring insight and rewarded with grace, love and freedom. Now it is fueled by greed and rewarded with opulence, egocentrism, fear, anxiety, depression, violence and more greed. Our values have certainly narrowed….
Too much of a good thing as Prescott is being destroyed by wealthy investors who will build make their money and leave Prescott with the problems. Where is the water to come from? The traffic is out of control! A former LAPD told me as we drive to slow as in 25 mile an hour zones as when he worked in LA. So destroy Prescott for 50 Mike’s per hour as in CA. I got hit by a large truck yesterday and the just drove off.
