The Northern Arizona Wranglers re-signed the 2022 IFL Defensive Player of the Year, JaQuan Artis, on Monday. Artis was re-signed after parting ways with the Edmonton Elks of the CFL (Canadian Football League).
The Wranglers defense has been the best overall in the IFL, but now has a proven piece to their puzzle that can only make the defensive unit stronger, as Northern Arizona pushes through the current season with aspirations of repeating as IFL champions.

The Wranglers will be on the road this Saturday to face the Duke City Gladiators, before returning home to face the Rattlers on June 3.
