The Central Arizona Fire and Medical Authority (CAFMA) is proud to introduce Darrell Tirpak as the organization’s Fire Marshal. Darrell comes to CAFMA with 23 years of experience in the Fire Service, including service as a Fire Captain and Fire Inspector in the United States Air Force.
Most recently, Darrell served for five years as Fire Marshal for the City of El Mirage, Arizona, where he implemented fire and life safety education programs and revamped the City’s Master Emergency Operations Plan.
CAFMA’s Fire Prevention Division is the education, inspection, and engineering arm of the organization, proactively working to identify and eliminate all types of hazardous conditions that pose a threat to life and property. Prevention is the critical first step in saving lives.
Fire Marshal Tirpak will lead a team of experienced Fire Inspectors who are committed to building strong community relationships.
