The Jim and Linda Lee Planetarium is the only Arizona planetarium north of Phoenix, and is capable of seating 116 students and visitors, showing them the cosmos in 360-degree 4k resolution. Much more than just a planetarium, the facility contains multi-media learning software that can take viewers from the inner complexities of the human body to the farthest reaches of the known universe.
In addition to being an invaluable resource for faculty and students of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University’s Prescott campus, the Jim and Linda Lee Planetarium hosts events and programming open to the greater Prescott and Quad-City public year-round.
Tickets are now on sale for Spring 2023 shows at the Jim and Linda Lee Planetarium, located on the Embry-Riddle Prescott Campus at 3700 Willow Creek Road. The Planetarium has a new ticketing system that will allow you to select your seats in advance for upcoming shows. Shows are open to the public most Friday evenings and Saturday afternoons. Prescott Regional SciTech Festival promotes a culture that celebrates and embraces education, research, collaboration, innovation, and economic growth in the Prescott region, related to science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and the arts (STEAM). This free, fun-filled educational event features interactive science, technology, engineering, art and math exhibits and demonstrations.
