Pam Pearsall, guest host of Prescott Talks, discusses the Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) program with Quincy. The volunteer advocates act as the ears and eyes of the judge and make recommendations for what is best for the child. Quincy talks about the program, how many hours per week it takes, and the various state and national requirements to become a volunteer.
