The inaugural season for the Northern Arizona Wranglers will come to an end with one last matchup with the Tucson Sugar Skulls. It will also the final home game for the Wranglers, who posted their first win at the Prescott Valley Events Center on June 26.
The teams have split the first two meetings with the Wranglers winning a 48-44 thriller at home, but falling in Tucson 48-46 in triple overtime.
Despite the teams records, this should be another real battle. The Sugar Skulls have a slim chance to make the playoffs, but will have to win the game to have a chance. The Wranglers would like nothing better than to end the season for the Tucson squad.
The top eight teams will enter the playoffs next week. Game time tonight is set for 6:05pm, with tickets still available.
