This year is extra special as we celebrate the 250th anniversary of America, and we’ve created a special Pink Patch design to help commemorate this milestone while continuing a tradition that has become so important to our department and community.
This is our NINTH year participating in the Pink Patch Project, a program that brings law enforcement agencies and their communities together to raise awareness and funds for breast cancer care and research. Throughout October, Prescott Police Department officers proudly trade in their traditional patches for pink ones as a visible reminder of the fight against breast cancer.
But the Pink Patch is more than just a patch.100% of the proceeds from our Pink Patch sales stay local and benefit the Dignity Health Yavapai Regional Medical Center Breast Care Center, helping support breast cancer patients right here in our community.
We have lots of ways for you to show your support this October! Purchases can be made online HERE, at any of our Pink Patch events, or at the Prescott Police Department.
Thank you for helping us make a difference, one patch at a time. We can’t wait to see Prescott turn PINK this October!
