The 42nd Annual Folk Music Festival is coming back to Sharlot Hall Museum next Saturday, October 3!
After a seven-year hiatus, the festival returns with more than 50 performers across four stages — and there’s much more to do than just listen.
Workshops will be happening all day long, with fun and interesting subjects designed to get you involved. Jump into “Roots in the Round,” join a Song Circle, or have some fun with the wonderfully titled “Odd, Strange and Funny Songs.”
Whether you play an instrument, love to sing, or simply want to try something new, there’s a place for you to play, learn, sing, and make music with others.
And that’s just part of the day! Enjoy more than 50 performers across four stages, dancing, jam circles, and music throughout the museum grounds.
Gates open: 9 AM
Music starts: 10 AM
Festival ends: 5 PM
$15 for non-members
Free for Museum members and children under 9
Tickets are available day of show and the show will go on – rain or shine!
