Yavapai Reentry Project, a project of MATFORCE, is seeking committed individuals to volunteer as Community Coaches. In this role, you will support those transitioning back into society following incarceration, providing vital mentorship and guidance that creates a lasting impact. If you are eager to contribute to your community, this position offers a powerful way to get involved.
By becoming a Community Coach, you will offer one-on-one assistance, including emotional support, resource navigation, and referrals. No specific education, qualifications, or previous experience are required—only a genuine desire to help others. Participants will receive free training to prepare them for this rewarding volunteer opportunity.
Our upcoming training session is scheduled for July 18th, 2026, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. The class will be held at the MATFORCE/Yavapai Reentry Project office, located at 7749 E Florentine Rd, Prescott Valley. Registration is mandatory and limited to Yavapai County residents.
