Yavapai Plan (YPlan) is creating a regional trails plan, and we need your ideas. Take the survey, visit the new website, and share widely!

Yavapai Plan has identified a regional priority, which is the need for multi-use trails that serve diverse needs in their planning area contained within the greater Yavapai area. Southwest Decision Resources, a professional facilitation team based in Arizona, has been contracted to work with governments, agencies, trail users, and the community to develop a regional trails plan from 2025-2027.
While we have begun working with partners and co-convening municipalities and agencies, we want to hear what you – the community – think is important as it relates to regional trails in Yavapai County as well as specific locations that you think would be a good opportunity to connect, protect, or explore our home.
Please take the survey and share the link with others.
The survey will be open until July 31!
We will be getting the word out about the survey to events happening in the greater Yavapai County region over the month of July. If you have ideas or want to help, let us know!
Once the survey is closed, we will host a series of community meetings to dig a little deeper.
