Two Chefs, One Vision: A New Culinary Era at Eurasia!

In 2022, Chef Michel established Eurasia to showcase the rich culinary tapestry of both the East and the West in one foodie destination. His is a robust mastery of global cuisines, built on his techniques and training in classical French cooking. From working the Michelin-starred kitchens in Paris to the street food concept restaurants in Bangkok, among 11 other cities spanning Europe and Asia, Chef Michel has allowed your palate to travel the world with Eurasia’s eclectic menu.

Eurasia features “The Art of Two” as Chef Michel joins forces with our new Chef de Cuisine, Chef Dylon Kelly. Complementing Chef Michel as a seasoned chef with multi-cuisine expertise, consistency, and leadership, Chef Dylon brings a younger chef’s new-school innovation, technical precision, and energy. Double the Passion, Twice the Taste: one brings classic foundation, the other fresh perspectives—to create a dynamic kitchen culture, combined prowess, and a unique dining experience.

Chef Dylon has recently captured Prescott, Arizona’s imagination with his deep mastery of Japanese traditions and a versatile fine dining pedigree. His distinguished culinary journey of over a decade began in Arizona before he expanded his horizons to the East Coast. It was during his tenure in Philadelphia where Chef Dylon immersed himself in the rigors of high-end gastronomy, serving as a fine dining chef across various concepts.

These two culinary masters unite to form the new power duo in town – a partnership of flavor combining time-tested techniques with creative ingenuity. With double the heat in the kitchen, one can only expect international signature dishes at Eurasia that are simply out of this world!
