To support wildfire mitigation and community fire safety efforts, the City of Prescott will offer a complimentary curbside brush and vegetation debris collection service for residential trash customers throughout the month of May 2026.
This specialized service requires advance registration. Residents must sign up at PrescottRecycles beginning April 1, 2026 in order to participate.
This program replaces the previous free Saturday drop-off events traditionally held in April. Free drop-off will not be available at the Sundog Transfer Station this year.
Please note that this service is available only to residential trash customers. Commercial customers and properties utilizing dumpster services are not eligible.
