Based on the beloved novel by Mary Rodgers and the classic Disney films, Freaky Friday tells the story of an overworked mother and her teenage daughter who magically swap bodies and have just one day to put things right. As they navigate each other’s worlds—school pressures, career challenges, friendships, and family expectations—they gain new understanding, empathy, and appreciation for one another. Packed with humor, relatable moments, and a contemporary pop-rock score, the show resonates with audiences of all ages.

About One Story Music
Jennifer Gail and David Castagner, known to their students as Miss Jenn and Mr. Guitar, are the founders of One Story Music, a Prescott-area performing arts studio where children explore creativity through singing, acting, and music education.
Jennifer Gail is a trained vocalist and musical theatre performer who studied at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City. Her professional performing career includes numerous productions and the release of her debut CD, Still.
David Castagner is a classically trained composer and musician who studied at McGill University in Montreal and brings over 18 years of teaching experience to his students.
Together, their shared vision is to cultivate confidence, artistry, and community through the performing arts.
