YRMC Invites Community to Help Shape Future Health Priorities through Survey

Dignity Health Yavapai Regional Medical Center (YRMC) is inviting input from the community to help identify what they see as the most pressing health needs through a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA).

The survey, which is conducted every three years, is crucial in collecting data to inform community health improvement strategies for hospitals and health systems.

“It’s important for residents to take this survey because it offers us direct, local input on how we, as a healthcare organization, and our community members can move forward in making Yavapai County a healthier place to live,” says Mark Domingo, director of Mission and Community Health. “This feedback will help us to better understand what we can do to create positive change.”

Those interested in taking the survey can do so here through January 31.

Responses are anonymous.

Once the online survey closes, YRMC will assess the results and the findings will be available later in  2026.
