The Jim & Linda Lee Performing Arts Center invites audiences to step back into the golden era of American pop culture when teen idol legend Frankie Avalon takes the stage for one unforgettable night on Sunday, January 18 at 7 PM.
A defining voice of the 1950s and ’60s, Frankie Avalon rose to fame with chart-topping hits including “Venus,” “Why,” and “Just Ask Your Heart.” As a multi-platinum recording artist, Frankie has a long string of gold record, million-seller singles and albums. In 1959 alone Frankie had 6 solid hits that were in the top 40, and his music became one of the defining sounds of the “Pre-Beatles” Rock and Roll. His smooth vocals, boy-next-door charisma, and enduring appeal made him a household name – both on the radio and on the big screen.
Tickets for Frankie Avalon – Live in Concert start at $54, and for the Pre-show Dinner are $59 per person. The Jim & Linda Lee Performing Arts Center is located on the Yavapai College Prescott Campus, 1100 E. Sheldon Street, Prescott.
