On November 25, 2025, at approximately 10:00 p.m., Central Arizona Fire and Medical Authority (CAFMA) and Prescott Fire Department firefighters were dispatched to a reported structure fire at Cashmere Inclusive, located at 8600 East Valley Road in Prescott Valley.
The first-arriving engine reported smoke and flames coming from the roof. The fire had begun to burn into the attic space, but crews quickly stopped the spread before it could extend further or impact neighboring units. The business is part of a strip of commercial occupancies, all unoccupied at the time of the fire. No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
