Second Public Hearing & Vote Regarding the Effluent & Wastewater Pipeline and SR89 Improvements Project Postponed

Following the Tuesday, August 26 Council Voting Meeting Public Hearing #1, Council directed staff to extend the 60-day public comment period for an additional 30-days and reschedule the second public hearing and vote for the contract for 100% Design Services based on this extension. The updated public comment period will now go through October 9th, the second public hearing is scheduled for the Tuesday, October 14th Voting Meeting and the vote on the contract will take place at the Tuesday, October 28th Voting Meeting.
