Just after 7:30 am on Wednesday, August 13th, 2025, Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a fatal motorcycle accident on Williamson Valley Road between Burnt Ranch and Sylvan Road.
First responders performed life-saving measures on the rider. Unfortunately, the rider, a 16-year-old Prescott High School student, was pronounced deceased at the scene. The initial investigation reveals that speed was likely a factor; however, the crash remains under investigation.
The Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office extends our heartfelt condolences to the teen’s family, loved ones, and the entire Prescott High School community.
