The staff at the Center on Rosser (1280 E Rosser St.) are excited to invite you to our 1st Annual Paw-some Pet Fair happening this weekend! It’s going to be a fun-filled celebration of pets, community, and the joy they bring to our lives.
Here’s what to look forward to:
Friday, August 1
Kick things off with Pups on the Patio and our adorable Pet Parade (1pm), hosted by Meals on Wheels! Dress up your furry friend, maybe even twin with them, and parade through The Center. Prizes will be awarded, but in our eyes, everyone’s a winner.
Saturday, August 2
Saturday is packed with even more excitement, including:
- Local humane societies and shelters
- Pet adoptions and puppy kisses
- Face painting for the kids
- A special visit from Andy the Armadillo from Texas Roadhouse
Feeling hungry? RJ’s Food Truck will be on site with his famous hot dogs, and Sno Biz Shaved Ice will be here both days with cool, sweet treats.

This event is free, family-friendly, and the perfect way to celebrate the end of summer while welcoming the cozy days of fall.
